The utility model relates to the field of arrangement of residential and public premises, in particular, relates to interior objects intended for masking plasma, LCD, LED television panels, bars located in niches of walls, safes in the interior of a room.

This utility model is aimed at achieving a technical result consisting in improving the operational characteristics of the masking device by reducing its size and weight and approaching the size of the object that is masked by minimizing the size of the drive, using a radio frequency control system.

The specified technical result for the first embodiment is achieved by the fact that the ArtScreen device for disguising a household appliance object located in a wall niche of the room contains a rectangular supporting frame made of metal or other material; decorative canvas masking an object; drive movement of the decorative canvas, which is an intra-shaft direct current drive; baguette frame, attached directly to the supporting frame and closing it and installed controls; drive control panel. The drive for moving the decorative fabric includes a rotatable pipe to which an edge of the decorative fabric is attached and which is fixed by means of flange mountings to the side walls of the supporting frame. An electric motor is placed inside this pipe to rotate it, thereby allowing you to fold or unfold a decorative canvas attached to the pipe with adhesive tape or glue. Also, on one of the side walls of the supporting frame, a power supply unit with an AC / DC converter and a radio receiver is fixed, which receives a signal from the remote control for transmitting it as a command to an asynchronous electric motor. The picture is stopped in the upper and lower positions automatically, which is ensured by the design of the intra-shaft drive, which is ensured by the settings of the intra-shaft drive or radio receiver.

These features are significant and are interconnected with the formation of a stable set of essential features sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.

This useful model is illustrated by specific examples of execution, which, however, are not the only possible ones, but clearly demonstrate the possibility of achieving the desired technical result.

According to this utility model, a device is intended for camouflage, for example, a television panel in a room’s interior. In principle, this device can be used to disguise any object of household appliances if this object is placed in a niche in the wall of the room, or a wall mounted (wall mounted) planar (mounted) panel.

Such a device for masking a household appliance object located in a wall niche 1 in a room (Fig. 1) contains a rectangular supporting frame 2 in plan (wooden or metal, it is possible to use polymeric materials or a combination of the listed materials). This frame is mounted either on the wall 3 around the niche or directly in the niche, as shown in the example of FIG. 1. Frame 2 carries on its front side a baguette frame 4, the dimensions of which are larger than that of the supporting frame in order to close it as a structural element. When fixing the frame in a niche, the baguette frame rests on the wall, imitating the picture. Decorative canvas 5 is placed inside the baguette frame. This canvas 5 is placed in the baguette frame according to the type of the canvas of the painting with the possibility of overlapping the opening of the baguette frame and opening this opening, for which the drive for moving the decorative canvas and the remote control for this drive are used. The canvas 5 in the lower part has a weighting in the form of a rail attached to the edge, a strip 6, a plate or other device that acts as a weighting agent and a straightening web when it is moved down (to prevent the edge zones of the web from being wrapped).

The drive for moving the decorative canvas includes a pipe 7 to which the edge of the decorative canvas 5 is attached and which is rotatably placed in the end supports 8, an electric motor is placed inside this pipe connected to this pipe to rotate and expand or collapse the decorative canvas, end supports are fixed on the side walls of the frame. A power supply unit 9 is mounted on one of the frame walls with an AC / DC converter and a radio receiver 10 receiving a signal from a remote control for transmitting it as a command to an electric motor. Stopping the picture in the upper and lower positions is carried out automatically, which is provided by the settings of the intra-shaft drive or radio.

The electric motor can have a fixed stator and a movable rotor, which is connected via a transmission to the pipe, or a motor with a rotating stator, which is directly or via a transmission, connected to the pipe, is used.

Thus, the ArtScreen device includes:

1. A metal or wooden or polymer carrier frame on which the picture control mechanism is attached (collapses, unfolds by a signal from the remote control).

2. The picture control mechanism is an intra-shaft (located inside the shaft) 24V engine inserted inside a metal pipe.

3. Flange mounts, with which the picture control mechanism is attached to the supporting frame in its upper part. The same mounts serve as a support for the fixed element of the electric motor.

4. A radio receiver receiving a signal from the remote control with subsequent submission of commands to the picture control mechanism (electric motor).

5. A power supply unit with a voltage converter for direct voltage.

The mechanism is controlled via a radio channel through which a radio signal is transmitted from the remote control to the radio receiver. The remote control can be either single-channel (to control only this product), and multi-channel (with control of up to five or more products). This allows using one remote control to control other automated interior items: for example, sun shades or blinds, lower and minimize the projector screen, turn the fan on and off.

The hidden television panel itself is mounted in a wall niche or to a supporting frame in its inner window. The TV, along with a control system for positioning the picture, is recessed into a niche in the wall. In this case, the baguette frame is flush against the wall.

When you press the corresponding button on the remote control, the intra-shaft drive rotates the metal pipe into which it is inserted, thereby winding (raising) or unwinding (lowering) the picture made on canvas by photo printing. In the upper part of the ArtScreen device, a baguette frame is mounted on the supporting frame, which covers all structural elements.

If it is impossible to make a niche in the wall with a depth determined by the TV model (minimum 5 cm), then an external structure is possible (Fig. 2).

For this embodiment, the ArtScreen device for masking a television panel placed on a wall contains, in analogy to the first example of a rectangular design in plan, a support frame mounted on a wall around the television panel or supporting this panel, which is attached to the side walls 11 of this frame . Moreover, the width of these side walls is greater than the thickness of the television panel 12, which carries on the front side a baguette frame with a decorative canvas placed in this frame with the possibility of overlapping the opening of the baguette frame and opening this opening. The design of the drive web and its management repeats the first example of execution. For such an external installation, you can use a baguette frame, which will also overlap the side walls. But since the baguette frame recedes from the wall by the thickness of the supporting frame, this margin can also be closed with decorative inserts from the sides. They can be structurally combined with the baguette frame itself. Thus, the claimed device "ArtScreen" is unified for any installation options. Depending on the type and type of masked object, it is necessary to make adjustments only in the overall dimensions of the supporting frame and the dimensions of the picture.

This utility model is industrially applicable, can be manufactured using known means and mechanisms that are used for remote control systems for the position of actuators.
