The utility model relates to mobile shift complexes, which are designed to transport a team of specialists and equipment to the place of emergency. The proposed complex is equipped on the basis of a van type car, in particular, Fiat Ducato or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter.

Emergency repair machines based on various types of cars are known, in the bodies of which a set of technical equipment for repair work is mounted. The efficiency and effectiveness of the team of specialists depends on the equipment configuration, its compact and convenient location for access and work in the car. There are various options for organizing a work area and a specialist recreation area when leaving to deal with an emergency.

Known mobile repair and diagnostic complex (RDK) according to the patent for invention No. 2385810 of 11.24.2008, which contains a typical container body mounted on the chassis of a self-propelled vehicle. Such a container body is equipped with autonomous means of life support and the living environment of production personnel. To do this, inside the container body along all attachment planes, complete sets of embedded fastening elements for removable process equipment designed for all previously specified types of RDK are placed. For any private set of interchangeable technological equipment, the installation and fastening of the composition of technological equipment is carried out by fastening each piece of equipment with bolts to the threaded holes of the embedded elements corresponding to the place of installation of this equipment without mechanical modification of the container body structure.

Cabinets are placed inside the container body along its walls in several sections and with different zones in height, with the possibility of removing sections of the upper rows and installing them in a transport state in the technological passage of the container body and with rigid fastening for the duration of transportation. The invention increases the stability during transportation, but makes it difficult to use the equipment in an operational environment, and also does not provide the necessary conditions for staff to relax. The container body can be installed on any type of transport.

The emergency rescue vehicle according to the patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 2252161 of July 21, 2004, MKI: B60P 9/00, B60P 3/14, is used to transport emergency rescue equipment (ACS) and personnel to the emergency zone. ACC is based on a van-type machine UA3-3909. The metal van body of the car is divided into cargo and inhabited compartments and. equipped with transverse closed annular frames, transverse and longitudinal power supports, which are rigidly connected to each other, with the frames and the body and are elements of placement and mounting on them using quick-detachable brackets, lodges and clamps of emergency and rescue equipment. The closest technical solution to the claimed complex can be considered a mobile automated complex based on a vehicle according to the patent for the invention of the Russian Federation No. 20748 dated July 16, 2001, MKI: B60P 3/14, B60R 27/00. The van-based complex contains a passenger compartment separated by a partition with a work desk, a cabinet and seats for personnel, and a cargo compartment with devices for transporting and storing appliances, equipment and tools located along the right and left sides at the rear door. Devices for transportation and storage of instruments, equipment and tools are made in the form of cabinets having a rigid frame supporting structure of a metal profile, individual compartments with depreciation lodgements and lockable doors. The rear wall of the side cabinets of the cargo compartment follows the shape of the side of the vehicle. In addition, the complex is equipped with software and computing tools for processing and documenting the results of work, portable radio communications, as well as a battery with a distribution electrical panel.

The complex does not require additional longitudinal and transverse power supports in comparison with the previous patent, which simplifies the design. The disadvantages of this complex include the inefficient distribution of body volume, which reduces the ability to complete the necessary equipment to solve a wide range of problems. The location of the cabinet in the passenger compartment in front of the seats is not convenient both for the relaxation of passengers, and when using the cabinet. The presence in the cargo compartment of only cabinets with lodges also reduces the useful area of the cabin and does not allow the use of equipment that cannot be placed in a cabinet with clearly defined lodges. The lack of storage space for gas cylinders excludes the possibility of welding.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is to increase the efficiency of use of the complex during its operation due to the optimal distribution of body volumes into compartments, rational equipment configuration, ensuring the compactness of the placement of emergency and rescue equipment in it, and improving access to transported vehicles.

To solve this problem, in a mobile shift complex based on a van type vehicle, which contains a passenger compartment with armchairs for personnel and a cargo compartment with a hinged door separated by a partition, in which equipment in rigid frames made of metal profile is placed along the sides, otherwise the layout of each compartment is decided. The proposed arrangement of equipment in both salons provides ease of access to it, which increases productivity. The installation of a cargo luggage carrier on the roof of the car also extends the functionality of the complex, as allows you to take extra cargo with you to the emergency site.

Finishing the surfaces of the compartments with special materials provides strength and fire safety, which increases the reliability and efficiency of the complex.

Thus, the efficiency of using the complex during its operation is improved due to the optimal distribution of body volumes into compartments, rational equipment configuration, ensuring the compactness of the placement of emergency and rescue equipment in it, and improving access to transported vehicles.

The proposed mobile shift complex (MVK) is organized as follows. A van type car was used as a mobile means, in particular, Fiat Ducato or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 5th series with a high roof. The body of the van 1 (Figs. 1-3) using a blank partition 2 is divided into two compartments: passenger 3 and cargo 4. The partition 2 is made on a metal power frame, which is rigidly connected to the body, equipped with noise and heat insulation, has a decorative washable finish .

The first row of seats 5 is designed for two members of the brigade and the driver. The second row of chairs 6 with backs is in contact with the backs of the first row of chairs 5, i.e. turned in the opposite direction from the direction of movement. This row of seats 6 is divided by table 7 with two chairs 8 of the remaining members of the brigade. The table is designed for catering and team work. Armchairs are covered with hygienic, easily washable material.

Closely to the partition 2 on the port side, behind a row of chairs 8, a wardrobe 9 for the brigade's clothes was mounted. On the starboard side of the passenger compartment, close to the partition, parallel to the third row of seats, a kitchenette 11 is installed, including a worktop with a kettle fixed to it, boxes for tools, dishes, first-aid kits, etc., as well as niches for a water bottle and a waste basket. . A microwave oven 12 is mounted above the kitchenette 11 on the partition 2.

A power point is installed in the cabin for connecting chargers, telephones, walkie-talkies, laptops, etc. The cabin is equipped with general light shades. The driver’s workplace has controls for special sound and light signals, as well as a rotary searchlight for searching house numbers and special signs.

The walls, doors and ceiling of the cabin are finished with multilayer noise and heat insulation, the side panels and the floor are finished with easily washable materials, which simplifies the cleaning of the room. The cabin is also equipped with an autonomous heater, which provides comfortable conditions in the cabin even in winter.

Thus, in the passenger compartment comfortable conditions for rest of the brigade members are created. The entire space of the compartment is effectively used for the optimal placement of the necessary equipment. At the same time, convenient and quick access to things is provided. In addition, a table is provided in the passenger compartment for repair work while the vehicle is in motion. The presence of a kitchenette and a microwave, as well as a table, make it possible to organize comfortable conditions during movement and rest of the working team, which helps to increase labor productivity.

The cargo compartment (Fig.1-3) is located in the rear of the body. You can get into it through the swing door 13 (figure 4) at the end of the machine. The compartment is designed to store tools and equipment for the repair and liquidation of various accidents. The partition 2 from the side of the cargo compartment is sheathed with aluminum sheet. All side panels and rear doors are also trimmed with aluminum sheet. The floor is made of plywood and coated with corrugated aluminum.

A canister with water and various traffic signs are fixed on the hinged doors.

On the left side of the cargo compartment 4 in a steel power frame mounted rack 14 for the generator and welding machine (figure 3). The cargo compartment is equipped with working lighting and a lamp 18 for illuminating the work platform in front of the swing doors.

A cargo luggage carrier 19 is mounted on the roof of the body (Fig. 4), and on one of the wings of the swing door 13 a ladder 20 is fixed for access to it.

The proposed placement of equipment is more rational than in the prototype, allows you to download a larger amount of a wide variety of equipment. The use of power frames during the installation of equipment increases its stability when traveling on the road. The rational distribution of cargo along the sides of the machine increases its strength. All these advantages will allow expanding the range of tasks to be solved by a complex of tasks. In addition, a workstation and equipment for the production of minor repairs and installation are provided in the cargo compartment.

Thus, the proposed technical solution made it possible to preserve all the technical capabilities of the prototype and additionally ensure the optimal distribution of body volumes into compartments, the compactness of the maximum number of emergency and rescue equipment, and the creation of maximum convenience for the work and rest of service personnel. The compact and rational distribution of equipment over the body area ensures its strength and reliability when driving on bad roads. Comfort and additional equipment in the living compartment can improve the working and leisure conditions of the staff, which is especially important for long trips and long repair work. All the proposed features ensure the efficient use of the complex during operation.
