Огнестрельное оружие для стрельбы упругодеформируемыми пулями, содержащее ствол с патронником, магазин и затвор с чашечкой и гребнем, отличающееся тем, что нижняя поверхность гребня затвора в зоне за чашечкой выполнена с подъемом вверх и назад, при этом она расположена над магазином и на одном уровне или выше нижней образующей патронника, а вторая нижняя поверхность гребня затвора под чашечкой расположена на уровне ниже патронника. Оружие содержит затвор 1 (фиг.1) с чашечкой 2 и гребнем 3, выступающим за зеркало затвора, магазин 4 и ствол 5 с патронником 6.
