The technical problem solved by the utility model is to expand the capabilities of the device by providing multiple access to the information array stored in the data storage unit (server) located in the same device. The electronic teacher's room contains a trolley mounted on a metal frame with a worktop. In the office on separate shelves place the required number of laptops with power supplies. KIBO works as follows.

When working as an information center:

- All Internet resources are available anywhere in Russia.

When working as a mobile library:

- in KIBO, twenty meters of bookshelves 7 and six meters of shelves 8 are used for multimedia media 10 information can hold up to one and a half thousand books and three hundred disks,

- periodicals, large-format and children's publications are stored in drawers with separators for ease of viewing and searching,

- the safety of publications is ensured by a well-thought-out design of shelves 7 and 8 and drawers,

- the search for publications, registration of readers and issued publications are carried out both in electronic form using laptops 9, and using the traditional card catalog 15.

Mobile station 16 satellite communications with the ability to automatically configure for access to the Internet provides the work of KIBO as a remote consultation center. Broadband Internet access and the presence of webcams with the help of the complex allows you to organize a video communication session and receive qualified assistance from a specialist from anywhere in the world.

CIBO can be used as a venue for seminars and presentations. For this, up to 10 people can be accommodated inside the complex in comfortable conditions. Demonstration of presentation materials is provided by a modern multimedia video projector 18 and a large screen 19. At the same time, the participants in the seminars are placed on comfortable folding chairs, and their comfort is provided by air conditioning 20 and an autonomous heater.

The built-in lift 17 for the disabled, mounted in the rear panel 2 of the car body 14 provides access to information for people with disabilities.

A powerful 21 speaker system, two radio microphones, a mixing console, a two-meter portable screen will allow you to organize any cultural event in a matter of minutes: conference, lecture, rally or street party. To capture the bright moments of the holiday will help a digital camera, which can be placed in KIBO.

In KIBO, a children's center can be organized with a children's play corner, with a large selection of children's literature for every age and taste, and with modern educational board games and computer programs.

The power supply unit 11, made in the form of a low-noise gasoline generator with the possibility of autonomous operation from one refueling for up to 10 hours, allows for events even where there is no electric network.

Thus, the proposed mobile information library complex:
