Abstract
<p>Pronalazak se odnosi na dobijanje polučvrstih samomikroemulgujuíh sistema sa aciklovirom punjenih u tvrde (dvodelne) kapsule veličine 0, koji imaju fizičko-hemijske i biofarmaceutske karakteristike farmaceutskih preparata za peroralnu primenu sa modifikovanim oslobađanjem aciklovira, koje je poželjno kao preduslov za poboljšanje apsorpcije aktivne supstance. Polučvrsti sammomikroemulgujući sistemi koji su predmet pronalaska u svom sastavu pored aciklovira (2%-33,33%) sadrže: ulje ( trigliceridi srednje duže lanaca) (5%-10%), surfaktant (površinski aktivnu supstancu tip makrogolglicerol hidroksistearata) (5%-40%), kosurfaktant (povšinski aktivnu supstancu iz grupe poliglicerolskih estara) (2%-20%) i hidrofilni korastvarač (poliol) (10% do 30%). Pronalazak obezbeđuje i postupak njihovog dobijanja.</p>
