Abstract

Invention herewith described refers to the method for production of the finished food products or the semi-finished food products which features soaking of the grain that should not be brought to an end before the compressive force necessary for the plastic deformation of the grains is less than 11 kgf but higher than 0.15 kgf, and the temperature during the soaking process must not exceed 45°C, whereat grinding the grains is performed when the temperature of the mass emerging from the grinder does not exceed 60°C.
