Invention herewith described refers to the methods and application of additives in animal feed preservation. It relates to the use of carbon dioxide, in two different states of aggregation, that is, the application of carbon dioxide in solid form (dry ice), or in gaseous state in the process of conserving/ensiling of animal feed.
