Abstract

Kapsula za pripremanje napitka takve vrste koju čini telo u obliku šolje (2) zatvoreno na gornjoj strani poklopcem (3) koje, u svojoj unutrašnjosti ima više nalivnih komora (7 i 8), od kojih svaka ima odgovarajuću površinu za ulaz toka vode i od kojih svaka ima odgovarajuću površinu za izlaz sadržaja komore;pri čemu su nalivne komore (7 i 8) koncentrične i međusobno zaptivene nepropusno za tečnost;pri čemu telo oblika šolje (2) ima bočni zid (4) cilindričnog oblika i donji zid (5), najmanje jedan srednji zid (6) koji deli unutrašnjost tela oblika šolje (2) u nalivne komore (7 i 8) i koji se nalazi unutar tela oblika šolje (2) i koji je iz jednog komada zajedno sa donjim zidom (5), od koga se proteže paralelno sa bočnim zidom (4); pri čemu donji zid (5) ima mnoštvo prvih manjih otvora (13 i 14);pri čemu više prstenastih ispusta (15 i 16), koji potiču od spoljašnje površine donjeg zida (5) i protežu se prema dole, razdvajaju neke od prvih manjih otvora (13) od ostalih prvih manjih otvora (14), kako bi se definisalo više površina za izlaz sadržaja; napred pomenute izlazne površine predviđene su po jedna za svaku nalivnu komoru (7 i 8); pri čemu poklopac (3) ima mnoštvo drugih manjih otvora (25 i 26) i gde poklopac (3) predstavlja više prstenastih zadebljanja (18 i 21), koja razdvajaju neke od drugih manjih otvora (25) od ostalih drugih manjih otvora (26), kako bi se definisalo više površina za ulaz protoka vode; ulazne površine su predviđene po jedna za svaku od nalivnih komora (7 i 8);naznačena time što je gore navedeno prstenasto zadebljanje (18) formirano duž periferne ivice poklopca (3) i kada je poklopac (3) postavljen u kapsulu (1) naslanja se na prstenasti ispust (24) dobijen na unutrašnjoj površini bočnog zida (4) blizu njegovog gornjeg kraja;i navedeno prstenasto zadebljanje (21) koncentrično je sa navedenim prstenastim zadebljanjem (18) i kada je poklopac (3) postavljen u kapsulu (1) završava se blizu gornjeg kraja navedenog srednjeg zida (6).Prijava sadrži još 1 patentni zahtev.Beverage preparation capsule of the type formed by a cup-shaped body (2) enclosed on the upper side by a lid (3) having in its interior multiple filling chambers (7 and 8), each having a suitable surface for the inlet of water and each having a suitable surface for the outlet of the contents of the chamber; wherein the pouring chambers (7 and 8) are concentric and sealed to each other by a liquid-tight seal; wherein the cup-shaped body (2) has a lateral wall (4) of cylindrical shape and a lower wall (5) , at least one middle wall (6) dividing the interior of the cup-shaped body (2) into the pouring chambers (7 and 8) and located inside the cup-shaped body (2) and being in one piece together with the lower wall (5), from which it extends parallel to the side wall (4); wherein the lower wall (5) has a plurality of first smaller openings (13 and 14), wherein several annular outlets (15 and 16), which originate from the outer surface of the lower wall (5) and extend downwards, separate some of the first smaller ones openings (13) than the other first smaller openings (14), in order to define more surfaces for content output; the outlet surfaces mentioned above are provided one for each filling chamber (7 and 8); wherein the lid (3) has a plurality of other smaller openings (25 and 26) and wherein the lid (3) represents more annular thickening (18 and 21) separating some of the other smaller openings (25) from other other smaller openings (26) , to define more surfaces for water flow inlet; the inlet surfaces are provided one for each of the filling chambers (7 and 8), characterized in that said annular thickening (18) is formed along the peripheral edge of the lid (3) and when the lid (3) is inserted into the capsule (1) is obtained on the annular discharge (24) on the inner surface of the side wall (4) near its upper end, and said annular thickening (21) is concentric with said annular thickening (18) and when the cap (3) is inserted into the capsule (1) ends near the upper end of said middle wall (6).
