Abstract
Postupak za enzimsku sintezu triazolo neukleozida primenom termofilnih bakterija izolovanih iz geotermalnih izvora, naznačen time, što se reakcijom triazolo derivata sa donorima riboze, u prisustvu biomase termofilnih bakterija Thermothrix ihiopara kao izvora enzima, uz dodatak neorganskih fosfata kao katalizatora i sredstva za fosforilaciju riboze, dobijaju farmaceutski aktivna jedinjenja kod kojih je ribozo grupa vezana za triazol.
