Abstract

Postupak za dobijanje preparata za negu i zaštitu kože dece i odraslih, prikazan u ovoj prijavi, čini nekoliko koraka. Najpre se se prašak cink oksid i talk rastvaraju u parafinskom ulju u trajanju od 1-2 minuta do potpune homogenizacije, da bi se ove supstance homogenizovale i pripremile za spajanje sa ostalim supstancama. U sledećem koraku se bezvodni lanolin i beli vazelin istope na temperaturi od oko 65% i sipaju u duplikator. U tako istopljeni lanolin i vazelin, dodaje se parafinsko ulje, smeša cink oksida i talka predhodno rastvorenog u parafinskom ulju i limunska kiselina, te se meša u vodenom kupatilu dok se temperatura dobijene mase ne spusti na oko 40°C. Nakon toga se u ohladjenu masu dodaje Bisabolol i voda gorkog badema, uz neprestano mešanje do potpune homogenizacije mase, odnosno do dobijanja konzistencije masti.Preparat dobijen ovim postupkom se hladi i dobija se blago žućkasta mast sa blagim mirisom badema.
