Abstract
Mašina za izradu metalnih vlakana sastoji se najmanje od sistema (11) za oblikovanje metalnih žica (5), kojim se istovremeno može oblikovati vise metalnih žica (5) i koji daje translatorno kretanje metalne žice (5), i sistema (13) za odsecanje smeštenim nizvodno od sistema (11) za oblikovanje, kojim se odsecanjem na željenu meru dobijaju metalna vlakna (23), naznačena je time, da se sistem (11) za oblikovanje sastoji od najmanje jednog para (10) kontra-rotacionih valjaka , čije su ose paralelne jedna drugoj, koji se mogu translatomo pomerati u ravni upravnoj na pravac kretanja metalne žice (5), od kojih je jedan pogonski valjak (24) ,a drugi gonjnji valjak (25), koji su na postolje (1) mašine postavljeni preko nosača (15) valjaka putem zavrtanjeva (18). Mašina za izradu metalnih vlakana prema zahtevu 1 naznačena je time, da je površina pogonskog valjka (24) profilisana tako da oblik površine pogonskog (24) valjka odgovara obliku negativa oblika metalnog vlakna (23), dok je površina gonjenog (25) valjka, profilisana tako da odgovara obliku pozitiva oblika metalnog vlakna (23), pri čemu veličina koraka (27) profila odgovara dužini (28) metalnog vlakna (23). Mašina za izradu metalnih vlakana prema zahtevu 1 naznačena je time, da sistem (13) za odsecanje, čini najmanje jedan nož (19) za odsecanje u obliku propelera, čija je osa (31) paralelna osama valjaka (24 i 25) za oblikovanje, a da oštrica (29) noža (19) za odsecanje zaklapa ugao (30) sa osom (31) noža (19).
