Abstract
Inventia de fata se refera la un chit adeziv cu proprietati de antifrictiune, utilizat în remedierea defectelor care apar frecvent, în tehnologia de turnare a metalelor, în procesul de prelucrare a lor, cât si la mascarea unor suruburi înecate pe partea activa a ghidajelor masinilor unelte în timpul operatiei de placare a acestora care este constituit din doua componente A si B care se amesteca înainte de utilizare într-un raport 100/2...4 parti în greutate. Componenta A este constituita din rasina poliesterica nesaturata 66% în stiren, plastifiant ales dintre dioctiftalat sau dibutilftalat, accelerator si anume naftenat de cobalt cu 2,2% cobalt, lac de 30...33% polimetacrilat de metil în acrilonitril monomer, pulbere de metal cu granulatie de maximum 0,05 mm, pulbere de titan, dezactivate în prealabil cu 3...10% talc si bisulfura de molibden. Componenta B este constituita dintr-o solutie de peroxid de metiletilcetona în solventi organici ales dintre acetat de butil, acetat de etil sau toluen. Chitul adeziv astfel obtinut are propirietati de antifrictiune, poate fi prelucrat ca orice metal având culoare si luciu metalic, aderenta buna la metalul de baza si proprietati mecanice superioare chiturilor existente.
