Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si dispozitiv pentru obtinerea placilor cromatografice, ce consta în aceea ca reglarea grosimii primului strat de suspensii se face la 10...100 mm, a celui de-al doilea la 10 mm, iar sedimentul final se supune sedimentarii fractionate repetate într-o solutie cu pH bine definit, aplicând un raport gel umed - solutie între 1:2 si 1:10, grosimea stratului fiind reglata ca mai sus între 5 si 100 mm, în functie de fractiunea granulometrica urmarita, gelul fractionat umed fiind dozat în sarje cu apa în raport 1:1,8:...1:2,5 fata de gelul uscat cu carbonat de calciu precipitat, carbonat de magneziu esteri fosforici sau alte ongrediente în proportie de 1...15% fata de gelul uscat, sarja fiind omogenizata un timp optim, dupa care se întinde mecanic semiautomat pe placi de sticla, cu sau fara liant.
