Abstract
Procedeul consta în formarea unei roti dintate provenita din cel putin doua roti dintate uzate, dintre care, din una cu diametrul mai mare, se obtine discul ritii dintate în care se strunjeste locasul bucsei, în care se aplica o bucsa la diametrul interior al noii roti, provenita dintr-o alta roata dintata, uzata, de diametru mai mic nereconditionabila, într-o alta varianta, bucsa putând fi metalica pe una sau pe ambele parti, corpul bucsei si rotii dintate fiind îmbinat prin lipire la rece cu un liant, format din rasina si întaritor, si depozitare 24 h.
