Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a structurilor compozite ceramice, conform inventiei, prevede folosirea, ca umplutura permeabila, în cadrul ansamblului care se supune oxidarii, a unor structuri ceramice aduse, prin maruntire, la granulatia prestabilita si eventual prefasonate într-o preforma de profil si dimensiune predeterminata si care cuprind o matrice ceramica policristalina, rezultata prin oxidarea unui metal precursor ales, eventual, între Sn, Si, Ti, Zr, Hf si, respectiv, de preferinta a Al, cusau fara utilizare de materiale dopante, pentru intensificarea procesului de oxidare si din care, masa de umplutura permeabila dupa maruntire, pot fi separate cu mijloace uzuale cantitatile de metal rezidual, neoxidat, continute în matricea ceramica mentionata, înainte de eventuala prefasonare în preforma si de alcatuirea ansamblului cunoul metal precursor, care poate fi ales din acelasi grup de metale, ansamblu care se supune celui de al doilea proces de oxidare pentru obtinerea structurii ceramice compozite finale.
