Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru determinarea, în situ, a consumului bacterian de oxigen din masa apei, printr-o succesiune de etape usor de aplicat în teren si în laborator, prin care se obtine o precizie ridicata a cuantificarii consumului bacterian de oxigen, din consumul total planc-tonic. Procedeul îsi gaseste aplicare în cerceatrile de ecologie asupra ecosistemelor acvatice de tip eutrof, în vederea aprecierii capacitatii de recirculare a materiei si în prognoze privind gradul de colmatare al acestora.
