Abstract

Lantul de transfer este antrenat de la un motor electric asincron trifazat, prin intermediul unei transmisii cu curele trapezoidale al unui reductor, unui cilindru melcat si al unui mecanism de realizare a miscarii intermitente, aflat în legatura cu o roata de lant.The invention refers to a machine designed for the execution of electropneumatically driven tinplate products. According to the invention, the machine consists of a frame on which is mounted a runway which guides a transfer chain of some devices for transporting and guiding the semifinished products to a body edge boundary at a working station in which the groove is executed, in a body assembling position with the bottom of the vessel and in a working station where the final product is discharged. The transferring chain is driven from a three-phase asynchronous electric motor by means of a trapezoidal belt transmission of a reducer, a worm cylinder and an intermittent motion mechanism connected to a chain wheel.
