Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a produselor ceramice compozite, autoportante, având cavitati rezultate prin reproducerea inversa a formei unui model consumabil, conform caruia se împacheteaza un model consumabil cu forma si configuratia suprafetelor prestabilite, realizat cu mijloace uzuale într-un pat de umplutura corespunzatoare pentru reproducerea inversa a geometriei modelului si a configuratiei de pe suprafata acestuia si permeabil la oxidant si la infiltrarea matricei policristaline, care va rezulta prin oxidarea metalului primar, care se alege dintr-un grup cunoscut de metale si este, de preferinta Al. în continuare, se înlocuieste respectivul model consumabil cu o cantitate necesara de metal primar, prin oxidarea si, respectiv, consumarea caruia, în conditii din proces, în sine cunoscute, se formeaza în patul de umplutura, prin replica inversa o cavitate cu suprafetele prefasonate pe masura infiltrarii matricei policristaline rezultate prin oxidarea metalului pr imar în masa de umplutura permeabila mentionata.
