Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a produselor ceramice compozite poroase, autoportante, cu suprafete densificate, prin fasonarea cu mijloace uzuale a unei preforme, în care metalul primar este distribuit prin materialul de umplutura într-un procent de volum în exces, suficient pentru a sigura, prin topire si oxidare, formarea produsului reactiei de oxidare, într-un volum suficient pentru umplerea volumului disponibil în numita preforma, generarea concomitenta a golurilor în preforma, partial prin replica inversa a geometriei distributiei metalului initial topit si consumat prin oxidare,continuarea reactiei de oxidare si, respectiv, transportarea metalului primar topit prin produsul reactiei de oxidare spre oxidant si spre o suprafata predeterminata a preformei, pentru obtinerea pe respectiva suprafata a unui strat dens lipsit de goluri si pentru asigurarea mentinerii, în produsele astfel densificate, a unei proportii de cel putin 5% constituenti metalici proveniti din metalul initial neoxidat, elemente dopante utilizate sau componenti redusi ai umpluturii.The invention relates to a process for obtaining porous, self-supporting, porous composite ceramic composite products with densified surfaces by shaping by common means a preform in which the primary metal is distributed through the filler material in an excess volume, sufficient for the oxidation reaction product is formed in a volume sufficient to fill the volume available in said preform, the simultaneous generation of the voids in the preform, partly by the inverse replication of the geometry of the initial molten metal distribution and consumed by oxidation, the continuation the oxidation reaction and the transport of the primary metal melted through the oxidation reaction product to the oxidant and to a predetermined surface of the preform to obtain on the surface a dense hollow layer and to maintain the densified products of a proportions of at least 5% of metallic constituents of the unoxidized initial metal, doping elements used or reduced filler components.
