Abstract
Produsele ceramice compozite autoportante cu suprafete de forma conjugata, conform inventiei, sunt constituite dintr-o masa densa, coerenta ce reprezinta ca profil si configuratie replica inversa a configuratiei, sectiunii pozitive a metalului initial precursor si, respectiv, de preferinta a Al, prefasonat în mod corespunzator si supus oxidarii pentru obtinerea structurii compozite, într-un aranjament conformabil cu umplutura permeabila prefasonata omogena sau heterogena prestabilita. Procedeul prevede prefasonarea corespunzatoare a metalului precursor, pentru profilarea sectiunii pozitive a carei configuratie urmeaza sa fie reprodusa în produsul compozit finit prin reprica inversa, urmata de amplasarea cel putin a sectiunii de configuratie pozitiva a metalului precursor în aranjament conformabil cu patul de umplutura permeabila predeterminata în conditii care sa permita cresterea produsului reactiei de oxidare din sectiunea de configuratie pozitiva si de a inhiba aceasta crestere din sectiunea nereproductibila a metalului precursor mentionat.The self-supporting composite ceramic composite products according to the invention are constituted by a dense, coherent mass representing the profile and configuration of the inverse configuration of the configuration, the positive section of the precursor metal and preferably of the preformed aluminum suitably and subjected to oxidation to obtain the composite structure, in a conforming arrangement with the predetermined permeable preformed homogeneous preformed or pre-established heterogeneous filling. The process provides for the prefabrication of the precursor metal for profiling the positive section whose configuration is to be reproduced in the finite composite product by the reverse repulsion followed by the location of at least the positive preconfiguration section of the precursor metal in a conforming arrangement with the predetermined permeable filler bed in conditions that allow the oxidation reaction product to grow in the positive configuration section and inhibit this growth from the nonreproducible section of said precursor metal.
