Abstract
Procedeul si instalatia de extragere a pigmentilor din roiba (Rubia tinctorum b) ajuta la extragerea si valorificarea adjuvantilor alimentari din produse vegetale desicate, în cazul de mai sus radacini maruntite de roiba, în vederea utilizarii lor înindustria alimentara si farmaceutica. Aceasta inventie contribuie la valorificarea superioara a resurselor naturale indigene, cu un consum redus de energie, nu se polueaza mediul înconjurator si instalatia este relativ simplu de confectionat, exploatat si întretinut. Totodata, se diversifica gama produselor naturale cu implicatii pozitive asupra alimentatiei si sanatatii omului.
