Abstract

Inventia se refera la un generator de acetilena transportabil de joasa presiune, de tipul "apa peste carbid în proces umed" si debit 1,25 m3/h, care functioneaza cu carbid de orice granulatie conform STAS 102-86 (tipI, II, III si IV). Generatorul permite utilizarea carbidului de granulatie mica, care rezulta obiectiv în procesul de cancasare si sortare la fabricatia carbidului cu granulatie mare, si permite controlul inundarii complete a încarcaturii, pentru a se exclude pericolul de explozie ce poate aparea la consumarea incompleta a carbidului care, în anumite conditii de temperatura si presiune, explodeaza în prezenta oxigenului din aer. Pentru acelasi motiv, respectiv pentru a nu se forma cruste de carbid consumat, care sa separe carbidul neconsumat de apa, alimentarea cu apa se face dozat, functie de presiune, printr-un orificiu calibrat.
