Abstract

Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui compus fenilpropanic cu bismut cu efect antiseptic, utilizabil în tratamentul ulcerului gastric. Produsul obtinut este m-cumaratul de bismut, obtinut prin reactia dintre acidul m-cumaric si hidroxidul de bismut, cu un continut mediu de Bi+ de 53,10%. Activitatea antipeptica, stabilita dupa un model experimental in vitro, este, în medie, de 68,3%, de aproximativ 3 ori mai mare fata de cea stabilita pentru acidul m-cumaric si substantele de referinta. Avantajele oferite de prezenta inventie constau în faptul ca largeste gama produselor terapeutice destinate tratamentului ulcerului gastric, iar procedeul de obtinere este usor de realizat si foloseste reactivi accesibili.The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a bismuth phenylpropane compound having antiseptic effect, useful in the treatment of gastric ulcer. The product obtained is bismuth mumarate, obtained by reacting m-coumaric acid with bismuth hydroxide, with an average Bi + content of 53.10%. Anti-peptic activity, determined by an in vitro experimental model, is on average 68.3%, approximately 3 times higher than that established for m-coumaric acid and reference substances. The advantages of the present invention consist in the fact that it broadens the range of therapeutic products for the treatment of gastric ulcer, and the process of obtaining it is easy to achieve and uses accessible reagents.
