Abstract
Inventia se refera la un extract hidroalcoolic de uz veterinar, utilizat în tratamentul enteritelor nespecifice la viteii nou-nascuti. Produsul este o solutie antidiareica, obtinuta prin extractia hidroalcoolica a mai multor tipuri de plante, si anume: menta, frunze de afin, frunze de mur, coada racului. Extractia se face prin macerare, raportul dintre produsul vegetal si solvent fiind de 1:5, folosindu-se ca lichid de extractie alcoolul etilic 50 degree . Folosind mai multe produse vegetale cu actiune antidiareica, efectul farmacodinamic scontat este potentat. în afara efectului farmacodinamic principal urmarit, cel antidiareic, produsul "Fitoenterol" are si actiune hemostatica, astringenta, bacteriostatica si antiseptica asupra tractului digestiv, influenteaza în mod favorabil flora intestinala, actiuni conferite de principiile active din materie prima vegetala.The invention refers to a hydroalcoholic extract for veterinary use, used in the treatment of non-specific enteritis in newborn calves. The product is an antidiarrheal solution, obtained by the hydroalcoholic extraction of several types of plants, namely: mint, blueberry leaves, blackberry leaves, crab tail. The extraction is done by maceration, the ratio between the vegetable product and the solvent being 1:5, using 50 degree ethyl alcohol as the extraction liquid. By using several plant products with antidiarrheal action, the expected pharmacodynamic effect is potentiated. apart from the main pharmacodynamic effect pursued, the antidiarrheal one, the "Fitoenterol" product also has a hemostatic, astringent, bacteriostatic and antiseptic action on the digestive tract, it favorably influences the intestinal flora, actions conferred by the active principles from the vegetable raw material.
