Abstract

Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru executat întoarcerea marginilor pliurilor ce intra în componenta unei carcase de anvelopa peste taloanele acesteia, în vederea consolidarii lor. Dispozitivul, conform inventiei, este alcatuit dintr-un ax tubular, o bucsa pentru ghidare care primeste la partea superioara niste inele de fixare a capetelor unor bledere de întoarcere a marginilor pliurilor peste taloane, la extremitatea inferioara bucsei fiind dispus un inel cilindric ce primeste niste clapete, niste rulmenti ce pot culisa în miscarea de translatie în interiorul unei bucse prevazuta la partea frontala cu un inel de rulare talon. Actionarea bucsei tubulare a clapetelor si a bucsei frontale se realizeaza prin intermediul tijelor pistoanelor unor cilindri pneumatici.The invention relates to a device for executing the return of the edges of the folds forming part of a tire carcass over its sleeves in order to consolidate them.
