Abstract

Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru masurarea momentului de frecare, în special a celui dintre piulita cu bile si surubul conducator al masinilor-unelte. Dispozitivul pentru masurarea momentului de frecare este dotat cu niste traductoare (16 si 17) fixate pe niste suporturi laterale (14 si 15) si se sprijina pa batiu prin intermediul unor picioare (18 si 19) si al unor rulmenti (20 si 21). Dispozitivul conform inventiei este prevazut cu o flansa (1) solidara, pe de o parte, cu piulita cu bile (2), iar pe de alta parte, cu o piesa intermediara (4), dotata cu doua brate radiale (a si b) asezate pe un diametru. La capetele bratelor radiale (a si b) sunt fixate niste palpatoare (6 si 7) pozitionate în dreptul traductoarelor (16 si 17). Piesa intermediara este lagaruita pe directie radiala pe niste colivii cu ace (10 si 11), iar pe directie axiala pe niste colivii cu role (12 si 13) întregul montaj fiind închis cu niste casete (8 si 9).The invention relates to a device for measuring the friction moment, in particular the one of the ball nut and the driving screw of the machine tools. The device for measuring the frictional moment is provided with some transducers (16 and 17) fixed on some lateral supports (14 and 15) and supported by foot (18 and 19) and bearings (20 and 21). The device according to the invention is provided with a solid flange (1) on the one hand with the ball nut (2) and, on the other hand, with an intermediate piece (4) provided with two radial arms (a and b) placed on a diameter. At the ends of the radial arms (a and b) there are fixed some pickers (6 and 7) positioned in front of the transducers (16 and 17). The intermediate piece is lagged in a radial direction on some needle cages (10 and 11), and axially on some roller cages (12 and 13), the entire assembly being closed with some cassettes (8 and 9).
