Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a produselor dolomitice sau magnezitice nefasonate, utilizate la realizarea captuselilor monolitice bazice ce prezinta durabilitati mari ale captuselilor refractare. Produsele se obtin din dolomita sinterizata, magnezita sinterizata, smoala preparata, un inhibitor de oxidare si un component fin sub 0,09mm, obtinut dintr-un amestec de magnezita sinterizata, hexametafosfat de sodiu si ferosiliciu magneziu.The present invention relates to a process for obtaining dolomite or non-fused magnesite products, used for making basic monolithic lining which exhibits high durability of refractory lining. The products are made of sintered dolomite, sintered magnesite, prepared pitch, an oxidation inhibitor and a fine component less than 0.09mm, obtained from a mixture of sintered magnesite, sodium hexametaphosphate and magnesium ferrosilicate.
