Abstract
Inventia se refera la o schema de protectie a scurtcircuitelor pe sarcina la limitatoarele inductive de proximitate tip LP la care pe un rezistor de valoare mica, înseriat cu tranzistorul final si cu sarcina se obtine o cadere de tensiune proportionala cu curentul de sarcina care în momentul producerii scurtcircuitelor aduce în conductie un tranzistor prin care se produce amorsarea unui tiristor si semnalizarea scurtcircuitului printr-o dioda LED înseriata cu tiristorul simultan cu blocarea tranzistorului final printr-o dioda de blocare, fenomenul fiind însotit de anularea rapida a curentului de scurtcircuit readucerea schemei în situatie initiala fiind facuta printr-o manevra de deconectare-conectare la sursa de tensiune.The invention relates to a circuit diagram of the short-circuit protection on the load at inductive proximity limiters LP type in which a low-value resistor, connected to the final transistor and the load, yields a voltage drop proportional to the load current which at the moment of production short circuits brings to the conductor a transistor which produces the priming of a thyristor and the short-circuit signaling by means of a LED connected to the thyristor simultaneously with the blocking of the final transistor by a blocking diode, the phenomenon being accompanied by the rapid cancellation of the short-circuit current, the initial being made by a disconnection-connection operation at the voltage source.
