Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru masurarea momentului de frecare destinat evaluarii momentului de frecare care se dezvolta în transmisiuniile cu curele dintate si suruburi conducatoare cu bile utilizate în constructia de masini. Dispozitivul pentru masurarea momentului de frecvare este dotat cu un electromotor de curent continuu care genereaza miscarea pentru o transmisie cu curea dintata, în vederea antrenarii unei casete cu piulita cu bile montata pe un surub conducator. Amplificarea semnalelor unui traductor se realizeaza cu o punte, iar evidentierea acestora se face pe un osciloscop. Dispozitivul, conform inventiei, este prevazut cu o carcasa cilindrica (1), dotata la un capat cu un lagar (a), iar la celalalt având fixat electromotorul (2), legat, prin intermediul unui cuplaj rigid (4), la traductorul (3), acesta ffind cuplat, la rândul sau, de un arbore intermediar (5) care se sprijina pe lagarul (a).The invention relates to a device for measuring the friction moment for the evaluation of the friction moment that develops in the transmissions with toothed belts and ball conducting bolts used in machine building. The device for measuring the fretting moment is provided with a DC electric motor which generates the motion for a toothed belt transmission, in order to drive a ball nut box mounted on a guide screw. The amplification of the signals of a transducer is done with a bridge, and their highlighting is done on an oscilloscope. According to the invention, the device is provided with a cylindrical casing (1) provided at one end with a bearing (a) and at the other having the electromotor (2) fastened, by means of a rigid coupling (4), to the transducer 3), this being coupled in turn by an intermediate shaft (5) which rests on the bearing (a).
