Abstract
Inventia se refera la un aliaj pe baza de cupru de tip Cu-Ni-Si-Cr si la un procedeu de obtinere a acestuia. Aliajul contine nichel 3,5÷4,5% siliciu 0,6÷15 si crom 0,2÷0,6%. Prin tratamentul termomecanic aplicat se asigura valori mari ale duritatii, conductibilitatii electrice si fiabilitatii, ceea ce face ca aliajul sa poata fi utilizat la confectionarea electrozilor pentru sudura prin presiune a lantului minier, ca înlocuitor al bronzului cu beriliu.The invention relates to a Cu-Ni-Si-Cr copper-based alloy and to a process for obtaining it. The alloy contains nickel 3,5 ÷ 4,5% silicon 0,6 ÷ 15 and chrome 0,2 ÷ 0,6%. The thermomechanical treatment applied ensures high values of hardness, electrical conductivity and reliability, making the alloy can be used to make mining chain welding electrodes as a substitute for bronze bronze.
