Abstract
The process comprises mixing of the ground and sieved sprouts with glucose syrup or malt extract. Additions of vitamin C, iron and magnesium are also made. The product has 8-10 per cent dry matter consisting of proteins, unsaturated lipids, vitamins and bioelements, and good organoleptic and nutritive properties.
