Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru detectarea la firele textile, care poate fi utilizata în timpul procesului de bobinare la îndepartarea defectelor nedorite ale firelor textile. Instalatia, conform inventiei, este constituita dintr-un grup dealimentare si mai multe dispozitive electronice de curatare a firelor legate în paralel, constituite dintr-un traductor de defecte alcatuit dintr-o sursa si un receptor de lumina racordat prin intermediul unui amplificator si al unui întrerupator cu o comanda electronica la intrarea unui comparator, o unitate de generare a semnalului de reglare a sensibilitatii dispozitivului de curatare a firelor, amplificatorul fiind conectat si la intrarea unui amplificator de sunet prin intermediul unui fil tru : amplificatorul de sunet fiind conectat la intrarea de comanda a unui alt întrerupator cu comanda electronica prin intermediul unui lant de temporizare, unitatea pentru generarea unui semnal de comanda pentru reglarea sensibilitatii dispozitivului de curatare a firelor fiind alcatuita dintr-un potentiometru cu comanda electronica, intrarea sa de comanda fiind legata la o sursa reglabila de alimentare prin intermediul unui alt întrerupator cu comanda electronica, a carui intrare de comanda este conectata la unitatea de comanda.The invention relates to a textile detection device which can be used during the winding process to remove unwanted textile yarn defects. According to the invention, the installation consists of a metering group and several parallel-threaded electronic wiring devices consisting of a defect transducer composed of a source and a light receiver connected by means of an amplifier and a a switch with an electronic command at the input of a comparator, a signal generating unit for sensing the sensitivity of the wire cleaning device, the amplifier being connected to the input of a sound amplifier by means of a filter: the sound amplifier being connected to the input of the control of another switch with electronic control via a timing chain, the unit for generating a command signal for adjusting the sensitivity of the yarn cleaning device is made up of an electronic control potentiometer, its control input being connected to an adjustable source feeding through an al t switch with electronic control, whose command input is connected to the control unit.
