Abstract

Ciocan pentru concasor, constituit dintr-o parte activa, realizata din fonta înalt aliata, rezistenta la uzura, continând 2,45 : 2,65 % C, 27 : 29% Cr, 1,1 : 1,3% Mo, 0,7 : 0,9 % V, 0,09 : 0,12 % Ti, max.1% Mn, max.0,5 % Si, max.0,01 % B, max.0,01 %Al, max. 0,003 % S si max. 0,0035 % P, cu o duritate de 54 : 62 HRC si o parte neactiva, obtinuta din otel carbon obisnuit, cu o duritate de 120 : 160 HB, obtinut printr-un procedeu care consta în formarea pe orizontala si turnarea pe verticala începând cu turnarea fontei aliate la o temperatura de 1380 : 1420 degree C, continuata dupa începutul aparitiei dendritelor cu turnarea otelului obisnuit la o temperatura de 1560 : 1600 degree C, primul contact dintre cele doua aliaje realizându-se în zona cea mai calda de la suprafata fontei.
