Abstract
Procedeul pentru metalizarea tesaturilor din fibre celulozice, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca tesaturile pregatite în conditii în sine cunoscute sunt impregnate pe o fata cu o compozitie care contine 40 - 70 p. compus acrilonitrilic 7 - 8 p. compus acrilonitrilic cu N-metilolacrilamida, 0,65 - 0,75 p. sol. amoniac 25%, 15 - 25 p. pulbere aluminiu, 30 - 60 p. apa, la temperatura mediului ambiant, înclinarea raclului fiind de 115 : 125 degree C, viteza de înaintare a tesaturii fiind de 2 - 5 m/min, preluarea pe tesatura fiind de 60 - 90 g/m la puterea 2, uscate si calcate, egalizate la temperatura de 120 - 140 degree C si, în final, calandrate la 80 - 100 grade C si presiunea de 20 kgf/cm la puterea 2.
