Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui preparat pentru medii de cultura a celulelor animale si a germenilor patogeni in vitro, utilizabil în biologie, microbiologie, virusologie, în obtinerea de vaccinuri antivirale, antibacteriene sau a unor produse de diagnostic (antigeni). Procedeul prevede obtinerea preparatului din colagen extras din pielea unor mamifere domestice si electroliti. Preparatul, obtinut conform inventiei, prezinta o biocompatibilitate ridicata cu celulele animale si cu germenii patogeni; poate înlocui partial sau total serurile normale si extractul de carne, utilizate în mediile de cultura a celulelor animale si a germenilor patogeni.The invention relates to a method of obtaining a preparation for culture media of animal cells and pathogenic germs in vitro, usable in biology, microbiology, virology, in obtaining antiviral, antibacterial or diagnostic (antigens) vaccines. The process provides for the preparation of collagen preparation extracted from the skin of domestic mammals and electrolytes. The preparation obtained according to the invention exhibits a high biocompatibility with animal cells and pathogenic germs; may partially or totally replace normal sera and meat extract used in the culture media of animal cells and pathogenic germs.
