Abstract
Procedeul de preparare a sorbentului folosit la diagnosticarea sifilisului, conform inventiei, consta în aceea ca tulpina de Treponema pallidum, înregistrata în colectia Institutului Cantacuzino la nr.13423 se cultiva pe un mediu ce contine L-cistina, acid tioglicolic, fosfat disodic, si hidrolizat acid de cazeina, la care se mai adauga si 15% ser de cal inactivat, dupa care cultura obtinuta se mentine 20 min la 115 degree C, se filtreaza si se liofilizeaza prin congelare la -58 degree C si uscare pîna la 30 degree C pe o perioada de 48 h, se dizolva apoi într-un volum de apa distilata ce reprezinta 1/10 din volumul culturii initiale, se stabileste dilutia de lucru si se adauga 1,2% glicocol si 0,02 tiomersal, se repartizeaza în fiole si se liofilizeaza în aceleasi conditii, iar fiolele se închid în atmosfera de argon.The process for the preparation of the sorbent used for the diagnosis of syphilis according to the invention consists in that the strain of Treponema pallidum, registered in the Cantacuzino Institute at No. 13423, is cultivated on a medium containing L-cystine, thioglycolic acid, disodium phosphate, and hydrolyzate casein acid, plus 15% inactivated horse serum, after which the culture was maintained for 20 minutes at 115 ° C, filtered and lyophilized by freezing at -58 ° C and drying to 30 ° C on for a period of 48 hours, it is then dissolved in a volume of distilled water representing 1/10 of the volume of the initial culture, the working dilution is determined and 1.2% glycol and 0.02 thiomersal are added, dispensed in vials and lyophilize under the same conditions, and the ampoules are sealed in the argon atmosphere.
