Abstract
Adezivul, conform inventiei, este constituit din cauciuc butadien-acrilonitrilic cu continut de 38% acrilonitril, rasina fenol-formaldehidica tip novolac cu 8...10% hexametilentetramina, stearina cu sau fara adaos de agenti de lipiciozitate alesi dintre rasina cumaronindenica cu P indice t 75...95 degree C sau r in p-alchil-fenol-formaldehidic cu P indice t 55...65 degree C, agen i de umplutur ale i dintre oxid de zinc, talc, caolin, sau negru de fum, derivat fenol-stirenic, silice coloidal , 10,0 p rti Silane A si amestec de 2 sau 3 solventi organici alesi dintre acetona, metiletilcetona, tricloretilena, acetat de etil, toluen si solvent nafta. Procedeul de obtinere a adezivului consta în aceea ca în prima faza se realizeaza prin malaxare, amestecul dintre cauciuc, rasina fenolformaldehidica reactiva si stearina la o temperatura de maxim 50 degree C, dupa care se trateaza la 80...100 degree C pe valt, timp de 5...15 min, urmînd apoi adaugarea materialelor de umplutura si a derivatului fenol-stirenic, dizolvarea acestui amestec în compozitia de solventi în care s-au dizolvat agentii de lipiciozitate si, în final, se adauga agentul de cuplare silanic.
