Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru sertizarea tijei tubulare a supapelor umplute cu sodiu destinate utilarii motoarelor termice. Dispozitivul conform inventiei este constituit dintr-o placa superioara, pe care sînt fixate cel putin patru pene fiecare în contact cu un inel de rezemare pe o suprafata cilindrica si cu cîte un bac de sertizare pe o suprafata plana înclinata, fata de axa de simetrie a unei supape, bacurile de sertizare deplasîndu-se radial în directia acesteia. Supapa este fixata într-o bucsa cu alezaj conic introdus într-o decupare laterala a unei piese de tamponare care opreste bacurile la nivelul dorit. Datorita unor suruburi opritoare, bacurile de sertizare mentinute în contact permanent cu penele trebuie sa se afle la o astfel de departare reciproca încît sa poata cuprinde între ele cel putin capatul îngrosat al supapei avut înainte de sertizare. închiderea completa a capatului tijei suprafetei se realizeaza ca urmare a miscarii radiale a bacurilor care sînt prevazute la partea inferioara cu cîte o cavitate profilata.
