Abstract
Inventia se refera la un aerator mecanic, destinat a fi utilizat în procesele tehnologice de epurare biologica a apelor uzate. Solutia tehnica prevede un sistem de aerare cu o tubulatura concentrica, un stator cu palete directoare si un rotor combinat, cuprinzînd un rotor cu palete elicoidale la partea inferioara si un rotor cu palete radiale-spirale la partea superioara, montat pe un ax tubular, cu ajutorul carora se realizeaza simultan doua fluxuri de circulatie a aerului si lichidului, fara sa faca apel la o sursa exterioara de aer comprimat. Intensificarea aerarii si omogenizarii materialului activ precum si constructia simpla sînt avantaje ale acestui aerator.The invention relates to a mechanical aerator intended for use in technological processes of biological wastewater treatment. The technical solution provides an aeration system with a concentric duct, a guide blade stator and a combined rotor, comprising a helical blade rotor at the bottom and a top-end radial-spiral blade mounted on a tubular shaft with which help to make two flows of air and liquid simultaneously, without resorting to an external source of compressed air. Increasing aeration and homogenization of the active material as well as simple construction are advantages of this aerator.
