Prezenta inventie se refera la un mecanism cu surub utilizabil în constructia de masini-unelte si la alte utilaje tehnologice, mecanism constituit dintr-un surub cu miscare de rotatie si o piulita care antreneaza o sanie al carui ghidaj prezinta, fata de axa surubului, abateri relativ mari de la pozitia teoretica.
