Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un cuplaj unghiular axial tripod, cu arbori centrati printr-o cupla de tip sfera în cilindri legati mobil prin fusuri cilindrice si galeti sferici, utilizabil în transmisii mecanice din masini-unelte, autovehicule, utilaje tehnologice etc. pentru transmiterea miscarii de rotatie si a cuplului între arbori concurenti. La cuplajul axial tripod, conform inventiei, fusurile sunt legate mobil între ele printr-o articulatie dubla de rotatie si la un arbore prin cuple tetramobile dispuse în interiorul celuilalt arbore, în care sunt preacticate canalele longitudinale, iar în a doua varianta constructiva, canalele longitudinale sunt prelucrate în trei elemente excentrice, care sunt legate mobil la un arbore prin cuple de rotatie, iar la celalalt arbore, prin intermediul unor pârghii solidare, cu elementel excentrice si care formeaza cu bolturile pârghiilor trei cuple echiunghiulare, si anume, o cupla de rotatie si doua cuple de tip cilindru în cilindru.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an axial static angular coupling with spindle-driven spindles coupled in cylindrical spheres and ball buckets, usable in mechanical transmissions of machine tools, vehicles, technological equipment, etc. to transmit the rotation motion and the torque between the competing trees.
