Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinerea p-toluensulfonatului de N,n-butilbiguanid prin tratarea clorhidratului cu acidul p-toluensulfonic în apa la pH 10-11 si purificarea produsului izolat. Produsul se foloseste ca antidiabetic cu actiune prelungita, tehnologia de obtinere fiind simpla (într-o singura faza) si asigurînd obtinerea substantei cu puritate avansata.
