Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv pentru masurarea presiunilor înalte ale mediilor cu temperaturi ridicate, destinat masurarii presiunilor înalte din autoclavele care functioneaza la temperaturi ridicate. Dispozitivul conform inventiei este alcatuit dintr-un tub manometric peste care se monteaza un tub de compensare, asamblarea dintre ele facîndu-se prin sudura la partea inferioara si cu joc la partea superioara. Tubul manometric este prevazut cu doua cutite asezate pe generatoare si diametral opuse, iar întreg ansamblul este fixat cu ajutorul unui surub de un suport. Pe acelasi suport mai sînt sprijinite doua brate, tinute în contact cu cutitele si tensionate la capatul opus de un arc elicoidal. La acelasi capat al bratelor este montat un traductor inductiv, care sesizeaza deplasarea relativa a acestora. Prin interiorul bratelor sînt practicate niste canale pentru circulatia unui lichid de racire. Dispozitivul masoara deformarea transversala a tubului manometric, eliminarea efectelor temperaturii asupra tubului manometric realizîndu-se prin lantul: tub de compensare, suport, suruburi si bratele de amplificare a dilatarii.The invention relates to a device for measuring the high pressures of high temperature environments for measuring high pressures in autoclaves operating at elevated temperatures. The device according to the invention consists of a manometric tube over which a compensating tube is mounted, the assembling of which is done by bottom welding and playing at the top. The manometric tube is provided with two knives placed on the generators and diametrically opposed, and the whole assembly is fastened by means of a screw to a support. The same support is supported by two arms, held in contact with the knives and tensioned at the opposite end of a helical spring. At the same end of the arms is mounted an inductive transducer, which senses their relative displacement. Inside the arms there are some channels for the circulation of a cooling liquid. The device measures the transverse deformation of the manometric tube, eliminating the effects of the temperature on the manometric tube through the chain: compensation tube, support, screws and dilatation amplification arms.
