Abstract

Inventia se refera la un concentrat lipoproteic de uz furajer si la un procedeu de obtinere a acestuia. Astfel, solutia proteica obtinuta prin hidroliza enzimatica din razatura de intestine este amestecata cu sînge total, solubilizat, cu scopul echilibrarii aminogramei si, dupa concentrare în vid pîna la 30% substanta uscata, se încorporeaza grasimi emulsionabile în stare topita si se usuca prin pulverizare. Concentratul lipoproteic intra în structura nutretului combinat pentru purcei, continînd 55÷60% proteina bruta, 26÷30% grasime bruta, 6÷10% cenusa, 3÷5% substante extractive neazotate.The invention relates to a lipoprotein fodder concentrate and to a process for obtaining it.
