Abstract
Betoniera este constituita din doua semitobe, anterioara si posterioara, separate în plan vertical median, montate pe un ax orizontal de antrenare, semitoba anterioara antrenata de un motoreductor si o transmisie cu lant, rotindu-se prin intermediul unui bandaj sprijinit pe doua role, antreneaza la rîndul ei prin niste lanturi periferice paralele cu axa betonierei, semitoba posterioara care se roteste liber pe axul orizontal de antrenare, putînd sa translateze în lungul acestui ax orizontal prin actionarea unui cilindru pneumatic, spatiul creat permitînd descarcarea sarjei, ambele semitobe fiind prevazute interior, cu palete care realizeaza amestecarea fortata în plan orizontal, combinata cu amestecarea prin cadere libera data de alimentarea printr-o pîlnie de încarcare fixa.
