Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a polietilenei cu greutate moleculara cuprinsa între 500 si 1500, de preferinta 600...1000 si punct de picurare 95...140 degree C de preferinta 105...125 degree C, prin devolatizarea topiturii de ogliomeri etilenei ce rezulta în instalatia de polimerizare în suspensie a eilenei, la joasa presiune, cu catalizatori superactivi, efectuata prin barbotarea unui curent de azot, la debite de 10...100 Nm la 3/t/h, timp de 10...60 min, în topitura de ogliomeri etilenici, mentinuta sub agitare în temperaturi de 130....200 degree C în final topitura devolatilizata fiind solzificata.
