Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dispozitiv de producere de socuri de presiune in situ-pentru cresterea afluxului de titei si gaze dintr-un strat poros într-o gaura forata, aflata în comunicatie cu stratul, si respectiv pentru deblocarea zonei de strat adiacente gaurii-ca urmare a arderii unor încarcaturi active care contin, în special, pulberi generatoare de gaze, constituind o perfectionare a inventiei principale cu descrierea nr.89349. Dispozitivul, conform inventiei, cuprinde niste carcase care delimiteaza niste camere, în fiecare camera fiind dispusa o încarcatura activa, de forma în general cilindrica, în care sînt prevazute niste locasuri cilindrice, dintre care unul superior si celalalt inferior, plasate diametral opus, tangente exterior la o suprafata laterala a încarcaturii active, în fiecare dintre locasuri fiind introdus cîte un subansamblu electric de dare a focului, pentru aprinderea încarcaturii active, constituit dintr-o carcasa închisa inferior cu ajutorul unui capac care delimiteaza o camera, în care este plasat un amplificator pirotehnic de flacara, strabatut de catre un canal axial, destinat montarii unui fitil pirotehnic, aflat în contact cu un amestec pirotehnic presat, cu viteza relativa mica de ardere-care formeaza un lant neîntrerupt de întîrziere-situat în niste canale axiale, apartinînd unor corpuri metalice scurte, montate unul în prelungirea celuilalt, numarul acestora fiind variabil în functie de timpul de întîrziere programat pentru fiecare încarcatura.The invention relates to a device for producing in situ pressure shocks for increasing the inflow of crude and gas from a porous layer into a drilled hole in communication with the layer and for releasing the area adjacent to the hole as a result of burning of active loads containing, in particular, gas-generating powders, constituting a refinement of the main invention as described in U.S. Pat. According to the invention, the device comprises carcases which delimit some chambers, in each chamber being disposed an active load of generally cylindrical shape in which there are provided cylindrical seats, of which one upper and the other lower, placed diametrically opposed, outer tangents at a lateral surface of the active load, in each of the enclosures being introduced a fire-extinguishing electrical subassembly for activating the active load consisting of a lower enclosure by means of a lid defining a chamber in which an amplifier pyrotechnic flame crossed by an axial duct for mounting a pyrotechnic fuse in contact with a pressurized pyrotechnic mixture with relatively low combustion velocity which forms an uninterrupted delay chain located in some axial channels belonging to bodies short metal, mounted one in the extension of the other, their number being d variable depending on the delay time scheduled for each load.
