Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a albuminei umane din sînge placentar si retroplacentar uman, prin precipitari fractionate cu acid tricloracetic si apoi prin tratarea precipitatului obtinut, în mai multe trepte, la diferite temperaturi, ajustat la o forta ionica si pH corespunzatoare, cu apa distilata apirogena, etanol 40% si caprilat de sodiu. Hemoglobina si antigenii HBs sînt îndepartati prin precipitare, iar albumina se filtreaza, se liofilizeaza, se reia în apa distilata continînd caprilat de sodiu, se trateaza cu gel de hidroxid de aluminiu acidifiat cu acid aspartic, apoi se filtreaza steril si se conditioneaza în flacoane, în concentratie de 20 g % proteina.The invention relates to a process for obtaining human albumin from placental blood and human retroplacental blood by fractional precipitation with trichloroacetic acid and then treating the precipitate obtained in several steps at different temperatures, adjusted to an appropriate ionic strength and pH, with distilled water, 40% ethanol and sodium caprylate. Hemoglobin and HBs antigens are removed by precipitation, and the albumin is filtered, lyophilized, resuspended in the distilled water containing sodium caprylate, treated with an acidified aluminum hydroxide gel with aspartic acid, then sterile filtered and conditioned in vials, in a concentration of 20 g% protein.
