Abstract
Filtrul din ceramica cu structura expandata, cu celule deschise, este preparat prin impregnarea unei spume de polimer cu o zgura ceramica continînd un liant fosfatic, stoarcerea zgurii în exces, uscarea si calcinarea materialului la temperaturi de 1660÷1660 degree C si mai mult sau prin utilizarea unei zguri continînd un hidroxid de aluminiu gelificat si calcinarea la cel putin 1093 degree C. Rezulta filtre cu ceramica în esenta lipsita de fosfat, care se preteaza la filtrarea topiturilor metalice si, în special, pentru topiturile de fier si otel.
