Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a dezglucohelebrinei, conform inventiei consta în aceea ca la solutia apoasa 0,10% de helebrina adusa la 50 degree C si pH acid se adauga extract de enzimatic obtinut din Helix pomatia, se lasa 5 zile în repaus, dupa care se adauga acetona rece pîna la obtinerea unei anumite concentratii de acetona, se filtreaza si se adauga, iar acetona pîna la obtinerea concentratiei de 90% acetona, se lasa în repaus, se îndeparteaza acetona, se liofilizeaza, dupa care se purifica prin cristalizare din metanol.
